About us headline here.

Unlike websites that list hundreds of people with any kind of skill or experience level, GoVoices hand select each voiceover talent and know their capabilities and personalities, so they can advise you about whether they can deliver the performance you need. They’ll personally take care of every detail, including studio arrangements and delivery of voice over demos or audition reads which you can present to your client. “As you can see from the following testimonials, we truly care about our customers and our talent.”

As a voice talent agency, Go Voices specializes in providing top notch service and professional experience in voice over representation and casting. Heading up the agency is Carol Rathe, one of the most knowledgeable and experienced people in the field of voiceovers. Carol has an extensive background in the voice over business. Beginning in 1980 as a full-time voice over artist, she later went on to become a writer/producer on ad agency retail and lottery accounts such as Wisconsin Lottery and Shopko stores. She went on to freelance for several years for major corporations like Intel, Marriott, and American Express, as well as produce content for CNBC.

In 1993, she founded the Broadcast Department of the nationally known Arlene Wilson Management (later known as Aria Talent) in Milwaukee, and went on to become the Talent Agency Director and to head up the Voiceover Department for the agency’s Atlanta, Chicago and Milwaukee offices.

Josh Miller has worked on nearly every side of the entertainment industry over the past 14 years. After working in casting on several NBC reality shows and as an associate producer on several E! Entertainment shows, Josh relocated to Chicago where he directed and produced several sketch and improv shows while also working as a Touring Company Stage Manager for The Second City, which included a USO Tour in Iraq and Kuwait in 2004. After “retiring” from the touring life, Josh created the position of Company Manager of The Second City Touring & Theatricals division, and subsequently became Production Manager. After some wonderful years in Chicago, Josh and his family moved back to California where he took over as the assistant to the Senior Vice President of Fox Feature Casting. While at Fox, Josh had the pleasure to assist in casting all of Fox’s animated feature films such as ICE AGE IV and BOOK OF LIFE, as well as live action features like A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD and THE WOLVERINE. Looking for a new challenge and more seasons, Josh moved to Denver where he has had the good fortune to become a Senior Agent and expert in the field of Voiceovers.
